Curious About Membership?

We have a mixture of individual members and corporate/organizational members. You might like to read through the FAQs first and then review those two different membership types.

MEMBERSHIP FAQs

What are the qualifications for membership?

Anyone who resonates with our motto "service above self", has a desire for personal or professional growth, can envision yourself working alongside our members, and wants to make a difference in our community is welcome at Rotary.

How do I become a member?

If you're interested in membership just contact us. Most often someone who is being considered for Rotary membership is invited to attend one or more club meetings to learn more about Rotary. In this case, a current Rotary member becomes a sponsor who then submits the candidate’s name to the club’s membership committee.

What are the responsibilities of membership?

Members pay yearly dues. These monies are primarily used for charitable contributions to Rotary International, the Rotary Foundation, to our District, and to our own Scholarship Fund.

We have weekly meetings but there are no attendance requirements. Most folks do consider a level of commitment to meetings, participation in community engagement events, and philanthropic projects.

What are the lunch details?

You have the opportunity to order off the Winchester Country Club menu. They are always well prepared and serve food quickly, but we do recommend arriving around 11:30 to put in your order. Or, you have the option to order ahead via email too. Lunch prices average $12 per entree.

We really enjoy the modern homestyle lunch options at the Winchester Country Club. We think you will too.

Corporate / Organizational Membership

Sometimes you want your team, your brand, or your organization to enjoy the benefits of Rotary. This option enables the organization to be the official member.

This also enables multiple people from your org to participate.

Dues are $400/year total.

Individual Membership

Most who choose this options are small businesses, self employed professionals, politicians, and retirees. Or maybe your employer won't help with the dues but you still think it's worthwhile.

Dues are $260/year.
